Peaceful setting yet within easy strolling distance of town. Everything in the hotel is of a very high standard, the owners having spared no expense. Slept like a log, and the shower was a dream. You are made to feel very welcome and we have already booked again for later in the year. Do yourself a favour and stay here next time you are in Llandudno.

The proprietors were very friendly and thoughtful - immediately recognising on our arrival that my elderly father would be better suited to a room on a lower floor from the one originally allocated. We received a warm welcome, excellent rooms with superb beds and good wholesome food in abundance. We will definitely return and also recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Very friendly welcome. Hotel ist about 100 m away from the beach and just at the Great Orme, quiet situation. Very nice double room in the roof, very comfortable, clean and modern. Great view on the Great Orme. Smaller single room, clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast made to order plus buffet, very good. Enjoyed the stay, would come again.

We were served a tea or coffee when we arrived although it was already late at night - what a wonderfully welcoming way! The owner was cheerful and helpful looking up on the Internet which way we had to drive the following day. We occupied two rooms. They were beautifully renovated in nice colours and had very original features of decoration. Fabulous modern bathroom and good water pressure for the shower. Lovely variety of soap and cream. This hotel is a class-act !! to recommend highly.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with stylish decor and great views of the Great Orme. The breakfast menu offers really good variety, with locally sourced ingredients, and there's a convenient honesty bar for a nightcap.
The limited on-site parking spaces can be a hassle during peak periods, especially with the hotel being popular. While the decor in common areas is appealing, some parts hinted at needing a little more upkeep.
